What is Reiki?

Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-invasive, holistic form of hands-on energy that promotes self healing.

Reiki is not a religion or a particular spiritual belief system.

What to Expect During a Session

During a Reiki session you will be made to feel comfortable while lying down on a massage table, fully clothed.

Next, I will place my hands above or on you, often moving my hands to various areas of your body with the intention of allowing Reiki energy to flow through my hands to you.

Reiki energy divinely knows exactly where you need it most and replaces negative blocks and energy with Reiki energy allowing the healing to take place.

During a session people have reported:

• Deep relaxation
• Falling asleep
• Feeling heat, cold or tingling sensations
• The sense of another set of hands performing the Reiki

Reiki does not use my energy and is safe for both you and me. For me to give Reiki is also for me to receive it, at the same time. You are also never at risk of draining or absorbing my energy or vice versa.

Although the experience for everyone varies, people often report the below after a Reiki session to include:

• Ability to focus better
• General feeling of well-being
• Increased energy
• Reduction of pain

• Distant Reiki Session: 15-30 Minutes
