What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced “ray-key”) is a comprehensive approach to help balance your energy, promote relaxation, and encourage self-healing. As a Reiki II Practitioner I incorporate ancient techniques such as sound therapy, aromatherapy, and chakra crystals to facilitate wellness on every level.
Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-invasive form of hands-on energy healing that promotes self-healing and balance within the body. It is not associated with any religion or spiritual belief system, making it accessible to everyone seeking a path to inner peace and well-being.

What You Can Expect

During a session, you'll relax, fully clothed, on a massage table while I gently place my hands on or just above your body. I move my hands to different areas, allowing Reiki energy to flow where it’s needed most. This energy intuitively works to dissolve negative blocks and restore positive energy flow, encouraging healing at a deep level.
In our sessions, I enhance Reiki’s natural healing properties with optional Tibetan singing bowls, chakra crystals, and aromatherapy, creating a truly transformative experience. The bowls’ sound vibrations resonate with your energy centers, while aromatherapy creates a soothing environment. Crystals placed on the body’s chakras further promote healing and balance.

If you choose to incorporate sound, the vibrational tones from Tibetan bowls can complement Reiki by helping to release stagnant energy and realign your chakras. These healing sounds allow for deeper relaxation and heightened awareness.

If you choose to incorporate chakra crystals, they will be placed on or near the body’s energy centers to enhance healing. Each crystal corresponds to a specific chakra, helping to remove blockages and restore balance.

If you choose, we can diffuse essential oils selected to match your energetic needs during the session. Aromatherapy can aid in reducing stress and enhancing emotional well-being.
