Reiki

What is Reiki?

Reiki (pronounced “ray-key”) is a comprehensive approach to help balance your energy, promote relaxation, and encourage self-healing. As a Reiki II Practitioner I incorporate ancient techniques such as sound therapy, aromatherapy, and chakra crystals to facilitate wellness on every level.

Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-invasive form of hands-on energy healing that promotes self-healing and balance within the body. It is not associated with any religion or spiritual belief system, making it accessible to everyone seeking a path to inner peace and well-being.

What Makes My Sessions Unique

Each in-person Reiki session is a gentle, multi-sensory journey designed to help you fully relax, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner calm. Every element is chosen with care to engage all five senses and create harmony in the Mind, Body & Soul.

Each session has a natural rhythm that blends intention with intuitive guidance. I begin with a foundation that supports your wellness goals, then allow intuition to guide the process as your energy communicates what is needed in that moment.

  • Sight: Soft, calming light to soothe the senses

  • Scent: Aromatherapy blends that match the session’s energy

  • Touch: Reiki and weighted tuning forks to release tension and restore flow

  • Sound: Gentle tones and music to quiet the mind

  • Taste: A small honey candy to ground and sweeten your return to the present moment

This sensory approach helps the body unwind, the mind settle, and the spirit find peace.
